How long is the production time?
Every effort to produce your order as fast as possible is taken, but since we cut each of the designs to your size and color specifications, please allow up to 3 business days for the completion of your vinyl order.
Where do you ship from? We ship all orders from Utah, United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide (excluding the custom metal signs).
How much does it cost to ship to my country?
Please add your desired item(s) to your cart and it will calculate your shipping cost and convert it into your country’s currency for you.
Payment:
How do I pay for my online purchase?
We accept Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still pay with your credit card through Paypal, since they are just the payment facilitator.
Can I pay with a personal check or money order?
Yes, you can. Just email me with your order details and shipping address and I will give you a total and a mailing address. We will then ship your order after your check/money order clears.
Returns:
Can I return my order?
Because we custom cut each order to your desired color, we cannot accept returns.
I changed my mind about my vinyl color, can I exchange it for a different color?
We will accept color exchanges, but because it is custom cut to your size and color, there is a 30% restocking fee and you will be responsible to ship the original item back to us. Email us if you would like to exchange. If you are unsure about the color, we will mail you small samples for you to look at in person before you order. Just email us with which colors you would like to see and your mailing address. View our Vinyl Color Chart.
Vinyl Application:
I have textured walls, will the vinyl stick?
I have a wall in my home that has an orange-peel texture to it, it sticks wonderfully to it. As long as it doesn't have too many hills and valleys to go in and out of, it should stick pretty good. Obviously, the rougher, non-smooth, or uneven surfaces are in question. We cannot guarantee any rough or uneven surfaces. We are not responsible if you purchase and have heavy texture which results in your vinyl not sticking.
Is the vinyl removable and reusable?
Our vinyl is removable but not reusable. To remove, simply warm up vinyl with a hairdryer and peel away.
How do I apply the vinyl?
Sticky Words Vinyl lettering phrases or art will arrive in 1-2 pieces for easy application. We will include detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to install your vinyl with your order. Does the vinyl letters contain a background?
Our vinyl lettering does NOT contain a background of any kind, just the individual vinyl letters or art adhered to your surface. You don't have to put each letter on individually. Applying our vinyl is like putting a large sticker on your wall and having it look like stenciling, without the work.
Do I need to order a squeegee/application tool to apply my vinyl?
No, it is not necessary, you can use a credit card instead. An Application tool/squeegee will be included for free when 3 or more phrases are ordered to make the application process easier than ever.
I have a freshly painted wall, do I need to wait before applying my vinyl?
Yes, you should wait at least 2 weeks for the paint to completely dry and cure before applying your vinyl. |
